“I enjoyed working out with Keith for many reasons. His positive energy and enthusiasm made the workouts fun while still greatly improving my skills. We focused on many skills during our sessions, including ball handling, a variety of shooting, and post work. The skill I believe was most beneficial to my game was how to get the ball off quickly while maintaining good form from mid range and three point range. Even the small critiques he made to my shot made a huge difference. I loved working with Keith and he really had a major impact on my skill level.”

Sam Knollmeyer - Wentworth Institute of Technology

  • 2-year captain

  • 2-time All-CCC Honorable Mention

  • Ranked 11th all-time in program history for assists

“Keith’s training was essential to my success as a college athlete. We always joke that having to guard him in all of our 1-on-1 drills is the reason I became such a good defender. His eye for detail and stubbornness to meticulously work out all of your bad habits are unparalleled in my training experience. I would trade 3 hours in the gym with another trainer for 1 hour with Keith any day of the week. Every time I stepped out of the gym after a workout with Keith I knew that I had gotten better.”

  • Foster’s Player of the Year as a junior

“Keith has enhanced my shooting in many ways. He has transformed me as a player by teaching me techniques to make my shot release more efficient. I would definitely have to say my shooting abilities would not be where they are without Keith’s guidance. Even now I look forward getting in a workout with him when I’m home for a break. After each of his workouts, I find myself learning something new which encourages me to keep working at the game to get better. I am very thankful to have worked with him during my high school years and now through my college career.”
