Keith works with individuals and small groups to ensure athletes receive proper instruction and are building good habits. Any bad habits that may be hindering an athlete’s performance are identified as Keith seeks to establish solid fundamentals that athletes can rely on and build upon.
Diagnostic Workout
This hour-long session is intended for first-time Friel Basketball-ers and will focus on diagnosing the athletes tendencies and areas for improvement. In this session, Keith will breakdown the athletes shot form and advise them on how they can improve their fundamentals.
One-on-One Workout
Building upon the foundations established in the diagnostic workout, Keith works with athletes to form good habits as they continue to work on shooting, ball handling, and movement on the court.
Group Workout
In these group workouts, athletes will have the chance to use the skills they have learned in live-action against other athletes also looking to improve. These sessions will be made up of 3-8 athletes and will involve shooting, ball handling, and team aspects of basketball.
